Quiet, cozy room with a queen-sized bed in Ballard with adjacent private bathroom and shared patio/deck. Great for a single person or couple. On the first floor for easy access and privacy. Easy parking on the street. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Close to the beach and Sunset Hill Park which is a great spot for a picnic or to catch the sunset.
