Description
Our accommodation is a 40 m2 eco-renovated studio, with fireplace, in the Haut-Bugey, between meadows and forests, at 1000 meters altitude, on the ground floor of our house, at the end of a small hamlet, with access to a very large garden, LPO labeled, cultivated in permaculture, with fruit hedges and vegetable garden. We make sure that our garden is a balanced (and aesthetic!) ecosystem. We love sharing our vegetables and knowledge with visitors who stay with us! The space This small cottage for two people ( possibly with baby in addition) located on the ground floor of the owners' house, with a large private terrace, enjoys great comfort and a lovely view of the garden, shared with the owners. For pets, they are allowed; however, if it is a dog, it would be better to send me a message so that we can agree on how to accommodate your pet, as we have animals in the wild ourselves. Through an independent entrance, we access the kitchen part (16 m2), which extends to the living-room space (22 m2) with a fireplace (closed fireplace). The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen area is well equipped ( stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker). Breakfast is available on request. You will also find a washing machine and a small drying rack (possibility of loaning a folding crib and changing table.) Garden furniture is also available. The environment is very quiet since our house is the last in the hamlet and the road is only cleared in winter until home! It is possible to arrive earlier on request, depending on our availability. Guest access The cottage has a bedroom area, a living room area, a kitchen (not closed) and a bathroom. You will also have a reserved parking space, can enjoy the spacious private terrace and access the owners' garden (9600 m2). Other things to note Of course, newts, salamanders and frogs frequent our garden, but if the place is called "The Garden of Batrachians", it comes from the name given to the inhabitants of our hamlet. We're the batrachians! (and you will be too if you come and spend a few days here!) On site, we have vegetables ( in season), in the village you can refuel with fresh milk, honey, meat, charcuterie, fish (on Thursdays) and cheese (on Tuesdays). Registration Details 010110179740
