Local attractions are: St.Andrews market every Saturday (2km down the road) Nillumbik Estate Winery (300m up the road) St.Andrews pony club (200m up the road) St.Andrews Hotel (2km down the road) Panton Hill Hotel (4km ) Rob Roy Hill Climb ((1 km down the road) State Park at top of Rob Roy Hill Climb - wildflowers, wildlife, walking, riding and mountain bike trails. The space Double room with queen size bed and desk/workspace. Bathroom for exclusive guest use. Guest access Guests can have access to the living areas, kitchen and outdoor spaces. We can negotiate use of the laundry. During your stay Someone will be available for local information and use of facilities. Other things to note We have chickens that provide us with fresh organic, free range eggs. There is an organic vegetable patch, seasonal raspberries and fruit trees. We are on tank water, which is filtered and great to drink, but please be mindful of water usage. This is an environmentally friendly house; bio paints and stains and a composting waste/sewerage system which uses worms, so no harsh chemicals are to be rinsed down drains or flushed down toilets.
