The space The master bedroom includes four large wardrobes, a dressing table, sitting area, and a beautiful bed complete with night lights. It has a private and generously sized ensuite master bathroom with an outdoor and indoor shower, as well as a bathtub and two sinks. It opens directly to the pool area. The second bedroom is generously sized with a sitting area, dressing table, and large wardrobes. It has a large private ensuite. The third bedroom has a separate entrance to the main villa and includes a sitting area, wardrobes and private ensuite bathroom. Uniquely, it has a private sitting area in front facing the gardens with direct access to the jacuzzi and pool. The fourth bedroom also has a full bathroom along with a dressing table and two large wardrobes. There are two separate outdoor living areas which include sun-beds, outdoor sofas, and an outdoor powder room. The living room can be fully opened up to connect to the outdoor space, allowing for guests to be have natural air flow throughout the villa. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire villa along with a separate laundry room, garage storage room, and garage for two cars. Other things to note > Check-in time is 15:00 hrs Early check-in can be requested, we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible. >Check -out time is 11:00 hrs >We cover 500 THB / day in utility costs, excess amount is calculated and charged. Late Check-out can be requested, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability. However, for late check-out (if available) between 13:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs - 15 % of the nightly rate will be charged. Between 14:01 hrs to 16:00 hrs - 20 % of the nightly rate will be charged. For Late Check-out between 16:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs - 50 % of the rate. Checkout between 18:01 hrs to 00:00 hrs - Full rate. Advance notice required and again all late check out is on an availability basis.
