The rental price of the the property includes all utilities. Seeing as we're on an island, we try our best to be sustainable with our water and electricity consumption. We calculate the necessary resources for a very comfortable stay for our number of guests (in terms of electricity and water) and guest are kindly asked to keep in mind when taking showers and utilizing A/C that these are resources that need to be replenished regularly by the owners. Excessive and unjustified consumption of these resources would be discouraged. If patrons require re-fills of electricity or water during their stay, some of these re-fills would be charged extra.
