Outdoor shower to wash off with hot/cold water. Charcoal grill, extra outdoor chairs for beach, umbrellas, Jinga, boogies boards. Great kitchen fully stocked with an awesome dining table to eat at or play games. Check out is 12:00 sharp. We have a 3 day minimum during holidays. The space House set up MBCC is equipped with bedding for 8 comfortably and no more. 1st room-queen bed, 2nd Bunk room- 2 sets of bunk beds, 3rd.-Master queen bed & en suite. This is a very compact home with a lot of amenities. When we say 8 people that is it including children 5 and older. We have our supply of stuff we leave at the home so if you use any of our supplies please replace it. We supply K-cups for Keurig/ teas. We do not supply Sunscreen, or off. We have some on premise but that is for our personal use. Please bring all supplies you will need. We do have a 3 day minimum stay for all major holidays. Guests are expected to take out trash, put trash in the red Adams bin and take to the street when you leave. Rinse dishes and place in dishwasher. Set AC to 85 when you leave Your at the beach, sand is a thing. There is a water hose at back of house to rinse off or an outdoor shower to rinse off sand. Please no fish carcass shrimp, crab, seafood remains in trash can. Please discard these item in the water as they provide food to sea life All guests must be 25 years old or older, no pets or parties. We are on a septic system so please only flush toilet paper and natural waste. Please use basic common sense as you are using my home. Thank you. Guest access The entire home 8 guests 3 bedrooms, 2 restrooms, 3rd toilet down stairs in garage- no usage of the bikes & kayaks Self check in with lockbox Other things to note There are no big grocery stores in Matagorda. So you definitely want to have all your groceries before you get too Matagorda or you can stop at Stanley's right before the bridge and pick up last minute items. They do have groceries and many other items, but its at convenient store pricing. Stanley's also sells the beach permit to drive on the beach! Please understand MBCC is cleaned thoroughly after each stay, but from time to time it seems like sand appears from no where. Please wash shells off down stairs before entering home. This home has a strict no pets policy, even visiting guest with their animals. Please adhere to this house rule. If we should find out their is an animal on the premise we will charge you a non refundable pet deposit. Please remember mosquitos can be a problem at times when there is no breeze or if we've had a lot of rain so I always suggest bringing Off with you. There is a big fan in the garage and if your socializing down stairs and need some air pull the Big fan out and plug it in and that will help with the mosquitos and breeze. Please do use home bath towel at the beach.
