Single room in Central LDN 2-min to Oxford Circus

This is a single comfortable room suitable for 1 person only. Guests have their secured private room and a shared bathroom. There is no kitchen access but there is a mini fridge and microwave available in the room. There are two other rooms in the flat: one occupied by us and another occupied by a single guest. Do note the main door to the flat is shared by everyone. My husband and I study and work full-time. We are happy to give London tips or answer questions guests might have. 🙂 The space The flat is located on the top floor of the building, which is serviced by a lift. However, there is a short flight of stairs leading to the flat's front door. While we do live in the flat full-time, our work keeps us focused, quiet and out of guests' way. Guests are provided keys to their own room, and are asked not to bring additional guests into the flat. The entry way and bathroom are shared spaces, and easily accessible. The main door to the flat is shared by everyone, while guests have their own door and lock they do not have a private separate entrance to the flat. We do have Fibre internet available, the speeds can be up to 300mbps download and 100 mbps upload. Very convenient for those who might need a stable and fast internet connection while staying with us. Guest access Guests will have access to their own private room, the bathroom, and roof access if requested. During your stay Interactions are up to the guest. We are available to answer any questions or offer any suggestions that may help make the trip a better one. We do have pretty busy schedules but we always try to be as responsive as possible. Also note that both my husband and I have received the COVID-19 vaccine. Other things to note *We provide clean towels and a small hand soap but bring your own toiletries. *Do have your profile filled out and a picture uploaded before a request to speed up booking process. *Contact us before booking *Make sure to read the full listing *No guests *Due to COVID-19 feel free to wear face masks in the common areas. *This is our home and we ask guests treat it that way: with respect and be clean and tidy. *Our air-filter in the common area serves a vital purpose and must always be on. It’s basically white noise but if you find it loud at night we can make arrangements (ie, earplugs). *Please confirm arrival and check-in time as soon as possible. If we don’t hear from you by 3pm we will have Airbnb contact you. By 7pm, if we don’t hear from you, we will inform Airbnb that you have violated the house rules and the booking will be canceled without refund. Early bag drop off: Please check with us first as this might not always be available. When available it will be a £10 fee that would be requested through Airbnb during your stay. Early check in: Please check with us first as this might not always be available. When available it will be a £25 fee that would be requested through Airbnb. Post check-out bag collection: Please check with us first as this might not always be available. When available it will be a £5 fee that would be requested through Airbnb during your stay. Note that Luggage Hero is a service that can use to store your bag as well when we are not available. They have many options close to us so that is always an option as well.
