The townhouse includes three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top) and two full baths on the second floor and a living room with pull out couch full bed, dining room, kitchen, and powder room on the first floor. Outside, you can relax on the patio with a cocktail or sit quietly in the gazebo for your morning coffee. Since we are in a residential neighborhood, patio/hot tub usage is not allowed after 11:00 p.m. For security and liability purposes, surveillance devices have been installed at the front door, driveway, and patio area including the hot tub. Please be assured that these devices are used strictly by the owners for security and liability only. Data is deleted once no longer needed.
