Located in a quiet village between Metz and Nancy, 7 minutes from the A31 highway access. The 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor of our house and are connecting. One has a 160 x 200 bed + workspace. The other bedroom has 2 single beds 90 x 200, a convertible sofa bed 80 x 190, baby bed on request (extra €10). The bedrooms have access to a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. 5 people max + 1 baby. Dinner and breakfast extra on reservation The space The 2 bedrooms are upstairs. The total area of the entrance, the 2 bedrooms, the bathroom and its independent toilet is 43 m2. Private access is via the ground floor, a wide wooden staircase to access the bedrooms. Maximum capacity is 5 guests + 1 baby. 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and 1 possible bed on a convertible sofa bed (80 x 190 cm). Possible to provide a baby bed at no extra charge. Please let us know if you want to use the armchair bed or the crib to equip it with sheets, duvet, pillow... Bed linen and towels are provided. Private bathroom with 90x90 shower tray, sink and separate toilet. You will have the opportunity to have breakfast, lunch and/or dinner on request and by reservation for an additional fee, indoors or on the terrace. Maximum capacity of 5 people + 1 baby Upstairs, a bedroom of 18 m2 with a double bed of 160 x 200, another connecting bedroom of 18 m2 with 2 beds of 90 x 200 and a convertible extra bed (80 x 190). Baby cot upon request at no extra charge. A private bathroom of 7 m2, with a 90x90 walk-in shower and sink and a separate toilet. You will have the opportunity to have breakfast, lunch and/or dinner on request and upon reservation for an additional fee, indoors or on the terrace. Access to the courtyard/terrace with furniture and smoking area. Other things to note Pets not allowed, except guide dogs. No smoking in the whole house, outdoor smoking area.
