Villa Maria is a nineteenth-century manor house, with an entirely fenced-in swimming pool, immersed in the green Tuscan hills, in Monte San Savino, an ancient medieval village. Strategic place near the highway, from which you can quickly reach the most beautiful cities and the most beautiful towns in Tuscany and Umbria. Surrounded by a large garden, an olive grove and a hazelnut grove where squirrels, roe deer and animals typical of the Tuscan fauna live. The space The villa has a completely fenced swimming pool (alt. Max 150) 5 meters by 13 meters, with an adjoining changing room and an external bathroom. The entire area enjoys a beautiful panorama. The main villa, on the ground floor, has a large living room with fireplace, a dining room with 12 seats, a TV lounge, a large equipped kitchen, a pantry, a bathroom for the disabled and a laundry room. Upstairs there is a lounge with billiards, a closet and four bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of which is for disabled guests and a very large bedroom with a double sofa bed for a total of ten beds. There is air conditioning in each room. Double bedroom with bathroom for disabled people is located on the first floor and is accessed via a stair lift. The depandance is adjacent to the main villa and consists of two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds) with air conditioning and wi-fi, a bathroom with large shower, a living room with the possibility of a single sofa bed and a kitchen with dining room for up to 5 people. There is also an annex outside the villa with a kitchen that overlooks a lovely panoramic loggia where it is very pleasant to stay on hot summer days. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to whole property. Other things to note Wi-fi available inside and outside the villa.
