Spacious holiday home near the valley station

Our newly renovated holiday home alpavera is located in a large idyllic tree garden in the immediate vicinity of the valley station and skiing downhill. The Golmerbahn takes you to the Golm ski and hiking area in a few minutes. Behind the house begins the hiking trail to Rellstal and the fascinating mountains of the Rätikon. Bright rooms, plenty of space, cozy sitting areas, comfortable beds and a successful mix of old and new await you. The space In summer and winter, the vacation home alpavera is the ideal starting point for the mountain experience in Montafon. There are two apartments in the house that are rented for the extended family or a larger group of friends together and thus the whole house. The cottage covers over 187sqm of living space on three floors. In the two upper floors there are three double bedrooms and one room with two separate beds (single beds), all with balcony, two WC, kitchen, bathroom with double vanity and large shower, second bathroom with large shower and Finnish sauna, a dining room and a living room for 4 to 8 people each. In the basement you will find another double bedroom with large window, a kitchen with kitchenette and sofa bed (extendable separately for two persons, total width 1.8 m) and a bathroom with shower, infrared cabin and toilet for 2 -4 persons. In the garage there is a heated ski room with boot dryer, a covered terrace and sufficient outdoor areas are also available. Guest access Our House & Garden Your mountain retreat and base camp Alpavera is the parents' house and dates from the 1970s. The parents maintained the house together with the large garden with a lot of love and it was always a concern for you to share their joy in the beautiful place with others. They were wonderful hosts of the “old school” and many visitors have become friends of the family over the years. We have now completely renovated the house and want to revive and continue this tradition of hospitality in a contemporary form. Our house & garden should become your personal retreat, a place of peace and relaxation but also an ideal starting point for activities in the mountains. Enjoy the morning sun on the terrace overlooking the Hochjoch and the lunch peak and end the evening after a completed and moving day on the windproof covered terrace with an open fireplace.
