It's walking distance to Mill Avenue shops and restaurants, and ASU. Park off street and access through your own entrance. The kitchen has a two hob induction stovetop and a microwave convection oven combo if you want to eat in. A private patio with a gas grill is also available for your use. There is a dishwasher and washer dryer for all the comforts of home. The space We built our dream home in 2022 and included an attached guest house with a private entrance and all the features for a comfortable stay. The bedroom has a queen bed and closet. There is a large walk-in shower in the bathroom. The combined living room/kitchen has plenty of room for cooking, dining and relaxing. The living room nook includes a washer/dryer combo and storage space for other essentials. Guest access The entire guest house is for your exclusive use. There is a private patio and parking out the front door. Other things to note We won't ask you to do any cleaning while you are our guest, however we do hope you will be reasonably tidy.
