Its prime location allows you to avoid game-day traffic by walking to the stadium, while being just minutes from Parque Fundidora, Monterrey downtown, restaurants and shopping centers. The space The bedroom is a small area [4.50x3.30 meters] with a queen size bed, a desk, chair, a night table and a swing chair. It does not have a TV. The closet is not fully available, but a part with hooks is assigned to hang your clothes. The bedroom also has a bathroom and separate shower as well as climate-heating and ceiling fan. Other: - On the desk we leave some complimentary snacks and water. They are for you, don't hesitate to take them! -In the closet, on the doors of the drawer area we leave an extra blanket for you. - In the closet there is an extra folding chair. -In the sink drawers there are other items available, these can be useful during your stay, they are complimentary, use what you need! -We are at your service to provide you with anything else that facilitates your stay, just send a message, we will respond as soon as possible. Guest access The bedroom will be your space to be throughout your stay, however if you have any special need to use any other space in the house let us know and if possible, we will gladly facilitate the use of any other area. During your stay… you are part of our family! During your stay Throughout your stay we are available to give you access to the house (room) as many times as necessary (without restriction of schedules). At night, when you return to rest as in any house, the doors are closed for everyone's safety, however you can leave at any time you require, just call us by phone and we will come down immediately to open for you. If you would like to provide an emergency contact for any situation that arises, you can do so, we will only contact them if necessary. During events at the BBVA Stadium, municipal traffic operations are carried out to close the main avenues to cars, thus facilitating and making it safer for you to walk to our home (approx. 10-12 min.) You'll avoid waiting and spending on Didi/Uber or any other transportation! WATER. Important note: Our state is currently suffering from a water crisis and we are subject to water cuts with prior notice, and although we hope that there is no shortage of water, it is something that does not depend on us (it is not only in our area, it is the entire state of NL) We have a water tank, in case of a cut in the municipal network, we can provide you with water from the tank. FOOD. The stay does not include food but all home service platforms (Uber Eats, Didi, Rappi) provide service; if you like, you can order your food at home (the guard gives direct access to these services, you do not require a code or special instructions, only the address) SHOPPING MALL/RESTAURANTS. 8 min (car) from Plaza Arcadia, there is an ihop, Tim Hortons and several shops and restaurants. 8 min (walking) is Altea square, there is a Macdonald's, Gorditas Doña Tota, cinema and more. SUPER 7- (open 24 hours) Another option to buy food and other things is to walk to the Super 7 that is at the entrance of the Colonia (5 min. approx.) on the side of the Super 7 (right side) on the sidewalk there is a pedestrian access, metal door/gate, it is open and you do not require an access code you can enter and exit as many times as you require. Walking to Super Siete is safe, don't feel insecure about taking this route.
