Awel Eryri cottage is a cosy stone built cottage on the owner's smallholding up a private lane. It is situated above the village of Llanrug with views over the village and surrounding countryside. It has a sheltered decking area with table and chairs and access to a garden with a brick built barbeque and picnic table for own use only. The cottage is eco warmed with a lounge, kitchen diner, 2 bedrooms, conservatory and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, cutlery and appliances. The space The cottage has central heating throughout with an electric fire in the lounge. There is a pleasant conservatory with 2 steps up to the remainder of the cottage which is then all on one level. The kitchen diner has dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, ceramic hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster and a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee maker with a selection of coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, condiments and a small carton of milk in the fridge,. The kitchen is well supplied with crockery, cutlery and pans. Tea towels and cleaning equipment supplied. The bedrooms, one double and one twin, look out on to the decking which has a table with parasol and chairs. Beds are made up and towels are supplied. The lounge has a two and a three seater sofa, the two seater sofa is a recliner. The lounge has an LG television The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin with eco warmed hot water which can be very hot. Toilet paper, hand wash and hand towel supplied. The decking is a private space for use of the cottage only and there is space for car parking next to the decking. There is a separate garden with a brick built barbeque, picnic tables and washing line for use of the cottage only. Guest access Guests have the whole cottage to themselves along with a separate garden area with a stone built barbeque The remainder of the property is owned by the family but guests can access the fields below the cottage, next to the garden, bearing in mind this used to be a working farm with some residual barbed wire fencing. Other things to note There is a brick built Barbeque in the shared garden area - please supply your own coals, the disposable trays are best Please leave them under the Barbeque after use and we will dispose of them once cooled, The cottage is not suitable for infants or toddlers.
