( a gardener maintains all the outdoor areas) The outdoor spaces really make this house special. Perfectly set up for private dinners on the patio by the firepit, or a relaxing end to a busy day. The guest house is a super well thought out and well appointed, container home with a sleeping area, kitchenette, full bath and a porch. It is one of our guests' favorites. I have the perfect spot for your furry friend to play on the front grass yard with you, or be free in the fully enclosed back. We do our best to make you feel as if you are at home. The neighborhood is convenient, but quiet. The one way street is wide and has additional on street parking. I have a really high repeat and referral rate for guest and I am so proud of that!
