There is air conditioning throughout the house. Deckchairs are available for going to the beach. Towels, sheets, shower gel and soap are available. There is a washing machine and dryer. Free reserved uncovered parking is available. There is also a tennis court. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to every area of the house. Plus, guests may use the outdoor shared swimming pool area. The pool area is open in summer from June 15th to September 15th (opening dates may vary due to weather conditions). Regulations for shared swimming pool usage: Any fun play other than swimming (e.g. balls) that may disturb other guests should be avoided. Diving is not allowed. Alcoholic drinks are not permitted in the pool area. Children below the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult. Guests must wear a swimming cap before entering the pool.
