Eiserfeld town center can be reached in just 3 minutes by car, where you’ll find everything you need for daily life (banks, bakeries, shops an ice cream parlor). The apartment is situated in a very quiet area right next to the forest. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. The space The main living area and bathroom have been newly renovated and are very bright, filled with natural light. The apartment is decorated and furnished with great attention to detail. You can enjoy a beautiful view of nature in a quiet residential area. Please note: the apartment does not have a separate entrance door. You access it via the staircase and a steep spiral staircase, which leads directly into the kitchen/dining area. The living/sleeping room can be locked. Guest access You will have the entire top floor (attic level) to yourself, including a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (toilet, sink, and bathtub), and a separate living/sleeping area. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom with a shower on the ground floor, which can be used upon request. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. Other things to note Check-in from 4:00 PM / Check-out until 12:00 PM (times may be flexible depending on the date). Self check-in/out via a key safe is preferred. Please note: due to a relatively steep and narrow staircase, the accommodation is not suitable for elderly guests or people with mobility impairments. Pets live in the house, so it may not be suitable for guests with allergies.
