Charming loft, by the sea

We have taken care of the details to create a small loft where you can enjoy the scenery and the sound of the sea. It is a small, totally open space, 24 square meters, next to the sea where the living area is transformed into a sleeping area by means of a sofa that is easily convertible into a double bed. It has a window open to the sea. The feeling is of being on the beach but with all the amenities. In two steps you're in the water..... The space This is a small loft open to the sea in the middle of the promenade with direct access to the pebble beach. You can watch the magical moment of the sunrise every morning or sit on the terrace at sunset and watch the horizon over the sea turn violet without leaving the house. The space has been designed with attention to every detail. If you value proximity to the sea more than large spaces, this is the place for you. It has a sofa bed that easily converts into a double bed. Guest access The small loft is located on the ground floor of a two-story building and has two terraces of its own, one in the front located next to the promenade and another in the back of the building. In both you have a table, chairs for breakfast or lunch outside if you feel like it. Also armchairs to rest or read overlooking the sea. The terraces are for private use and are located next to those of the other ground floors in the common space of the building, so there is proximity to the neighbors of the two adjacent ground floors. Other things to note Shower towels and hairdryer are provided. Also bath products for the first few days (shampoo + gel). A change of sheets is included for stays longer than 7 days and towels every 4 days. We like you to have the things you may need at first when you arrive: a little oil, salt, some spices, water, etc. We take special care in cleaning the apartment and we strive to ensure that guests find an impeccable, beautiful and cozy space.
