The kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances and full amenities including coffee maker, toaster oven, Kitchenaid, and chef cooking utensils. Outside, relax on the wrap-around back deck with gas grill (propane provided), smoker, and fire pit. The gym comes fully equipped with a Peloton bike, squat rack, weights, and everything you need to stay in shape while away from home. The host provides highspeed WiFi, linens, towels, toiletries, hair dryer, hangers, trash bags, paper towels and other basic amenities. Portable cribs, high chairs, and toys available on request! There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and up to 4 vehicles in the driveway, plus free street parking. Other things to note The house is centrally located and just a short drive from most of the golf courses in the area, as well as the charming neighboring towns of Southern Pines and Aberdeen. I'd be happy to facilitate a golf cart rental during your stay, just ask! This is my primary home, so you should feel right at home with all the amenities offered.
