Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pet friendly, newly remodeled, loft style cabin is walking distance to Big Bear Lake. It's perfect for a couple's getaway or a small family's stay. Enjoy the lake view from the upstairs deck, inside the hot tub, or around the fire pit. Located on the quiet and less traveled part of the lake, this area of Fawnskin is just 10 mins to the shopping center and 13 min to Snow Summit+15 min to Bear Mountain Follow along and tag us @thelakeviewloft_ The space The backyard is large enough for boat parking. There is a large side gate access to pull into the back. The backyard is not fully fenced as there is a wash in place for potential flooding, however we include “fully fenced” in the description because we provide a fully fenced side yard that is a perfect dog run when our guests want to be out and about without their pets. Other things to note Please sign our guestbook! We love meeting our guests that way! :) PLEASE DON'T BRING YOUR DOG IF YOU DON'T PAY FOR THE PET FEE. We have security cameras on the premises so we will know. The pet fee goes towards the additional cleaning fee we are charged for pet hair and stain removal. Please be an honest and kind human. If you do bring your fur baby to stay with you PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PET UPSTAIRS. The stair case is difficult for pets to use. It makes it hard for your pet to let you know when they need to use the bathroom at night resulting in unwanted accidents. Please help us keep our place clean for the next guests and free from preventable pet accidents. Please make sure to wash and put back your dishes prior to checking out. Please note that the AC unit is located upstairs. However, we have not found that cooling down the entire cabin has been an issue. It is adequate in being able to do so.
