Comfortable, large single room in family home.

We live on the edge of the beautiful conservation village of Colinton. Although it is still known as a village, it is a suburb of Edinburgh and is a 30-minute journey by bus to the city centre. The room is very cosy and comfortable with a view to the back garden. There is a modern shower room next door. This is shared with 2 other people. The room has a double bed, a desk and chair, a built-in cupboard with lots of hanging space and a chest of drawers. The space We live at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and the room overlooks our back garden and the woods which border it. Guest access Guests are very welcome to use the shower room as previously mentioned. Also the kitchen & dining room. Guests are also welcome to use the garden- both at the front and back. During your stay We live in the house so we are usually around or available by mobile phone or via Airbnb app messaging. Other things to note Other family members who you are likely to meet are my husband, Richard and my son Andrew (who is 17).
