Guest access Short-Term Guests can only access the Resort's Wave Pool and Paris Beach Club. Guests staying for more than a month have access to all the resort's amenities. Other things to note 🛎️ Guest Requirements (As required by Azure Management): 1. Complete list of guest names 2. Valid IDs. All staying guests must submit the above requirements. IDs submitted will always be treated with the highest confidentiality. Please don't book our listing if you feel uncomfortable sending these to us. Thank you for understanding. ** NOTE: Guests staying for 30-days, or more are considered as long-term guests or tenants. Guests staying shorter than that are referred to as Short-Term Guests. ‼️Short-term guests that are NOT registered are not allowed inside the building (as per admin's rule). However, they are free to visit and stay in public areas. ‼️Tenants can welcome their guests anytime. 🏊‍♂️ Pool Information: Only the wave pool is available for short-term guests. Long-term guests can access all other pools. Pool fee is P250/head. (Free to long-term guests) Pool is closed every Monday for maintenance. 💪 Gym Gym is only available for tenants. 🚘 Parking: FREE basement parking (Only 1 slot is reserved for this unit) 🐶😺 Have Pets? Sadly, because of management changes, pets will not be allowed. We have the right to charge additional fees if any of these rules are broken. ⚠️ Notice for Long-Term Guests: Guest staying for more than a month will be required to sign a leasing contract with the Azure Residences' management. This contract has no additional fees, but it will convert "guests" into "tenants" and shall be granted FREE access to all the resort's amenities (i.e. pools, gym, etc.)
