Whether working remotely or looking to D-stress and relax, Team Upriver has got you covered! The space This amazing space has got what you need, if your job has you on the road. Equipped with high speed Wi-Fi, printer, dedicated workspace with plenty of chargers, even a few complementary office supplies. Everything you need to be productive. If it’s relaxation you seek…say no more. Take a long hot shower, slip into one of the elegant spa robes provided, pour yourself a glass of wine from Upriver Wine Studio just down the street. Sink into the cozy comfy couch and watch your favorite Netflix show on the 52 inch Smart TV. Enjoy the panoramic view of the historic downtown while listening to the occasional not so distant train whistle, one might say it’s even a step back in time. During your stay with Upriver we encourage you to sample some of the local eateries… however if you prefer an evening at home, the loft kitchen is equipped for you to create your own gourmet meal. Believe it or not, Brunswick is the Pecan Capital of Missouri. You’ll have a birdseye view of people stopping to get their photo with the worlds largest Pecan right across the street. This second-story apartment is only accessible by stairs and is within a three unit apartment building with building manager on site. I might mention said building manager puts out a bountiful garden and loves to share! Team Upriver has left many extras for you, including a lovely welcome basket, plenty of water in the fridge and may be a surprise or two… we can’t wait to meet and welcome you. Guest access Acess to the front door of the apartment building will be sent to you day of arrival… You will also have a private key code to your upstairs apartment. Other things to note Please note the upstairs bedroom in the loft space consist of two single beds. These stairs going up are narrow and very very steep… please be very cautious going up and down. This sleeping space is not suitable for someone who is incapable of climbing tall steep stairs. HOUSE RULES: 1. No Smoking 2. No Shoes 3. No Pets 4. No Unregistered Guests 5. No Parties 6.
