Stylish studio in Brooklyn

It is a spacious studio at a very quit block, newly renovated with lots of light new furnishings perfect for relaxation and studying. Your private full bathroom is huge and newly renovated. The kitchen is well equipped AND YOU WILL SHARE IT WITH THE ADJACENT STUDIO. We have a cleaner coming to make sure everything stays clean in the kitchen. The neighborhood is quit with old brownstones. The trains 5,3 at Nordstrom Ave are 7 minutes away by foot and the A,C trains at Kingston-Throop 15min away The space We are located at a very quit block in Brooklyn. The studio is located at the 2nd floor. As you enter the apartment, you are entering in the kitchen area as you can see in the pictures. In the kitchen, there are two doors across to each other. The door to the left is the studio you are inquiring about and across this door there is another door that there is the adjacent studio. The kitchen in the center YOU WILL SHARE IT WITH THE ADJACENT STUDIO. Your studio has a full size private newly renovated bathroom as you see in the pictures. There is a washer and dryer at the 3rd floor which is working with quarters. The operation hours are from 10am to 9 pm. There is absolutely no roof access. IMPORTANT NOTE Before you inquire or request the studio, pls check the calendar first and make sure there is not a gap of more than 5 days from the last booking and the date you are looking to start your stay. The reason is that the platform allow’s us to rent 30 days or more. In that case if there is a gap in the calendar for even up to 29 days we cannot rent the space out for those days due to the minimum stay requirement of 30 days. That is why I allow a gap up to 5 days maximum because more than that it won’t work out for us. Thank you for your understanding! Guest access You can wash your clothes at the 3rd floor washer and dryer room. Absolutely no roof access Other things to note We have a surveillance camera as you enter the lobby of the building for the safety of all. BEFORE YOU BOOK THE STUDIO PLEASE CHECK MY CALENDAR AND THE DATES YOU ARE LOOKING TO BOOK ARE NOT LEAVING A GAP OF MORE THAN 5 DAYS FROM MY LAST RESERVATION BECAUSE I WONT BE ABLE TO HOST YOU. The reason is that Airbnb allows to rent a minimum 30 days. So if I have a two weeks gap between reservations I am not able to fill this gap. REGARDING THE UTILITIES BILL IT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE BUT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SHUTTING OFF AC, HEATERS AND LIGHTS WHEN YOU ARE NOT IN THE UNIT, BECAUSE IF THE UTILITIES BILL EXCEEDS 120$ per MONTH YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE.
