The space The apartment (about 40 square meters) on the ground floor is very special and consists of a masonry kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a loft (where a double bed is located). The apartment comfortably accommodates two people plus two, as it also has a double sofa bed. The apartment is located at the extreme tip of the historic center of Piombino, a pedestrian area, full of bars and typical restaurants where you can enjoy the typical cuisine of the area or have an aperitif overlooking the sea. The apartment is also very close to all the tourist attractions of the center and all the essential services (Supermarket, Train Station, Bus Station, Central Market). In two minutes you can reach two of the most picturesque city beaches and in five, the city center. Being inside the Z.T.L. it is not possible to enter by car, but the nearest free parking lots are about 300 meters away.
