Visit our very luxuriously furnished home with beautiful views of the South Limburg Geuldal. This very spacious detached villa is surrounded by a beautiful wooded hill landscape which immediately gives you a holiday feeling. From the house, you can directly follow various hiking and biking routes. There are also several cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The space The living room and kitchen are located on the 1st floor with direct access to a terrace overlooking the beautiful Geuldal. Downstairs are four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate study. The fourth bedroom is a single bedroom and en suite with a larger double bedroom. Washer and dryer are also available. Guest access House offers ample parking on private property. Bus stop within walking distance for guests arriving by public transport. Other things to note For bookings made from April 21, 2025, cleaning and energy costs are included in the Airbnb rental price by default and no longer need to be settled locally with the manager and the security deposit. We ask our guests to bring their own bath and kitchen linens. On request, we can reserve bath linen sets (€5 per person) and kitchen linen sets (€5 per set) for you. The costs of these options can be settled with the manager. The house is not available for groups of young people (up to 21 years of age) due to previous incidents of noise and damage to the house.
