Relax in our home away from home. We are just minutes from SPI golf course, 10 minutes to Historic Port Isabel and 15 minutes from beautiful South Padre Island. You can take in an early tee time, stroll through the many shops , museums and dining establishments that our area has to offer. There are a plethora of water activities and bay, or deep sea, fishing year round. Or you can choose to stay in and chill by the pool, soaking up the sun. HOT permit # H000089 The space This is our home away from home and is set up with comfort and relaxation in mind. There is a big screen, smart tv in the main living area as well as dvd/vcr player, various electronic games. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials, and lots of extras, and has a large pantry to hold all of your groceries and supplies. There are 4 very comfortable chairs at the counter. All bedrooms have smart tv’s, large closets with lots of hangers, as well as dressers in the master and queen rooms. The enclosed patio is furnished with comfortable seating as well as a table that will accommodate 8 people for dining, or game night. The outdoor area has a pool/ hot tub with plenty of outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, as well as a green space for outdoor activities. All bedding, linens and pool towels are supplied. We have left cards, games, books and some pool accessories for everyone to enjoy. Guest access We have a double lot with 2 driveways to accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
