There are two airconditioners in the apartment, one large in the common area and another one in the main bedroom. We also supply a fan for the other bedroom. When two guests book, you have the option of using either 1 or 2 bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom can be opened for an additional fee of €20 daily, which can be paid upon arrival. Please note that effective January 1st 2026, each guest must pay €1.50 per night as Government Eco Tax and will be collected upon your arrival. Also we will need a copy of your identification document for security. Guest access Our apartment offers self check in. We can give you a key lock-up code password for easy access. Other things to note Our apartment is not suitable for children under the age of 12. Air-conditioning works with a coin metre and uses €1 and €2 coins. It's very efficient.
