Comfortable, stylish and welcoming ensuite room

We can't wait to host you in our lovely new home in Bradwell. You will have a large and comfortable ensuite room with king size bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and of course use of our lounge and kitchen/dining room if you wish. We are opposite a green space with playpark, and behind us are views of the hills. Kids are welcome and can be accommodated in the room on mattresses. They can use our toys too. We also welcome pets. You need to declare them in your booking. The space We have just moved into this 1960s/70s house on the main road in Bradwell. We have a porch and hallway for shoes and coats, a little cosy lounge and a lovely large kitchen and dining room with big windows all along the garden side of the room. There is a utility room and garage for muddy stuff or if you have climbing or camping equipment for example. Or of course bikes! Off the utility there is a lovely bathroom with walk-in shower which you are welcome to use if 2 guests both want showers at the same time or if you are downstairs and need the loo. Upstairs there is your room with its own bathroom on one side of the house, then a further 2 bedrooms and family bathroom. Finally there is a little office/study from which you can head up to the attic room. It is very much our family home so please don't expect a show-home. We have our pictures and photos around; the hallway might have stray shoes or a bag that our kids have carelessly dropped; you might hear us calling out to each other up the stairs or laughing in the kitchen... ! You are welcome to be part of the family if you want to be but we have made sure your room is neutral and tranquil and very much a guest room separate and different from the rest of the house. We respect people wanting to just be private and switch off. Guest access Guests are welcome anywhere in the house apart from our bedrooms. During your stay I am very sociable and love getting to know our guests! Please don't be put off by this if you really just want your own space and see this as a place to retreat and relax. I won't expect anything from you other than the communication needed for things to run smoothly. That said, if you want to come and hang out with me or James or the kids, we will always be happy to do so! x Other things to note Anyone coming by train can be collected from Hope station for a small fee to cover time and fuel costs. It's only 2 miles away but if you have luggage you may not want to walk. Please just ask if you are interested in this option.
