Double doors open out onto small patio and garden with table & chairs, where you can sit & relax with a glass of wine & watch the sun setting over Morecambe Bay & Lakeland Hills. Television Tea, coffee, kettle, biscuits and Pastries in room. You’re welcome to sit and have morning coffee in the Mediterranean style courtyard at the rear of the house. The space Ground floor Double room with Ensuite shower and Seaview overlooking the Promenade & Lakeland Hills We only offer one room, which makes this a quiet pace to stay. As this is the only room we let in our home we don’t have a lock on doors. Guest access On Street free parking . Easy walks on the promenade and bus routes and train station close by. During your stay This is our home and we are happy to offer information on the local area but equally happy to give you the space you need to enjoy your stay. Other things to note Breakfast not available but cafes close by. Croissants and Snacks in the room along with kettle, Tea & Coffee.
