Cottage with private pool and large garden

Come and enjoy a break with family or friends! House with large garden, private covered and heated pool (7 x 3.5 m) and many activities (petanque court, ping-pong table, trampoline, swing). 2 bedrooms upstairs from the house: 1 with a double bed and 2 single beds and 1 with a double bed and a crib. In the outbuilding, 1 double bed on the ground floor and two single beds upstairs. Don't hesitate to contact me to organize your stay. We also advise you to visit the pink granite coast, the island of Brehat, Dinan… A welcome booklet will be sent to you to prepare for your stay with ideas for outings nearby. This house is not perfect but we love it very much and we are improving it over time. It's not just an "Airbnb" but a house where we spend a lot of time with our family and friends, but in return it requires a lot of energy, time and money to maintain. We hope you'll have a great time there too! Guest access The garden is exclusively reserved for you. The pool is also private to the accommodation. Other things to note Accommodation in a quiet environment, we demand the same respect from you. Swimming pool from early May to late September. The pool heating setpoint is 28°C, but if it is cold, this temperature may not be reached, especially in the morning. The house can accommodate 10 people (excluding babies), 8 adults maximum. Linens are not provided. Possibility of renting linens and towels, contact me. The heating of the house is the wood stove, heating possible only if the pool is not available (thermostats at max 20 degrees). We do not charge a cleaning fee, the house and pool must be clean at the end of your stay (as when you arrive). Security deposit of the rental amount on wannapay and signing of a rental agreement. Check-in and check-out times can be changed after agreement, for weekends only. In July and August, check-in is after 5 p.m. and check-out is before 10 a.m. (non-negotiable).
