The downstairs is a walkout ranch to a lower patio with a spacious yard and firepit area. There is a bar and game room area on the lower floor with TV for entertaining, large comfortable carpeted living areas, a large bedroom, bathroom, and big laundry room. Hot Tub is currently unavailable. Guest access All spaces in the home are accessible except the garage which is locked with all the house maintenance, cleaning and prep supplies. Other things to note The home is located on one of Colorado's favorite foothill hiking trail mountains. Access to multiple trail heads are with in walking distance from the home. All the trails have beautiful local wildlife and incredible views of the surrounding cities, from Golden to Denver to Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
