Restored to keep parts of her history exposed so you can see her story. This is a unique home that enhances your experience of the Falls and all that has happened here. We offer a kitchen for your use. Alternatively book breakfast in the dining room for the sheer pleasure of it. We have 6 rooms to choose from, so ask if you want more information about them. We are ten minutes casual stroll from everything Niagara Falls. Parking behind house. Please note: This is a quirky house with history and a few displays for the nerds amongst us. ( We also have the tins smith's 1850's cottage next door which is more white on white, less is more so you can also look at that as an alternative) As all hotels, we have security cameras in the public areas that protect the privacy of all guests, including our personal space. We can often facilitate extra requests such as late arrivals, early check ins etc. But you need to arrange so there is someone there for you. Also in this economic climate finding staff is extremely hard - so we treat ours well. If you are asking them to come in on their personal time, and they say yes, we made it a non negotiable condition that you pay them. Brings us to the pesky house rules. Guest access You have access to your room, front parlour, bathrooms and upstairs kitchen and dining room. Shared bathrooms. Front and back verandas/yard is lovely in summer. During your stay We live here. We have several staff that look after you, from cleaning, serving breakfast and greeting. Other things to note We are renovating and restoring in a quirky manner. All of Niagara Falls is inexcusably poor. We are luckily only four houses from the restaurant area and less than 10 minutes casual stroll from it all. Please do not book Niagara Falls USA, if you are concerned about poverty. It does not equate to danger and we can only be responsible for your experience on our property. Affluence is across in Canada where they have different government policies not destroying their middle class and causing zombie properties and uneducated population. Please do not book here at Aaron House, if you cant accept America's 80% poverty level as we do not want reviews about socio- economic situations that are beyond our control. We do offer extra services such as early or late check in, and left luggage, when possible. However our staff are human beings and to facilitate these, they come in to look after you in their personal time - hence the term - extra service. Therefore you will be asked to pay them for doing so out of their work hours. If you want to check in at 1 am, but don't want to pay for the privilege, please book a hotel that charges 5 times our rate.
