The apartment is located in a very well-kept two-family house (outbuilding) with a shared terrace (with a grill) and free parking. Long entrance area, 1 dining area as a living room, 1.5 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet and guest toilet. Direct bus connections to Kiel and the numerous beaches. Other things to note Barbecues and open fires are not allowed on the wooden terrace. Please use the stone or lawn area next to it. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and in the hallway. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm and must be strictly observed. Parties are not allowed. We attach great importance to waste separation. The garbage cans are located in the courtyard behind the containers. Remember to dispose of your waste properly. Please respect the neighbors' private garden area. The pool and sauna are private property and may not be used.
