We have a 7-Eleven below the building. If you are not driving, you may conveniently take “grab” from our apartment. Our location is exactly at Malacca Town and moving around will be easy. Popular tourists spots such as Jonker Walk/Portuguese Settlement/Mahkota Parade can be reached within 5-15mins (depending on traffic conditions) We are just 1 minute drive away from Mahkota Medical Centre. Our apartment is perfect for those who plan to have a good rest after discharging from the hospital or even families visiting from afar! One vehicle car number I will need to fill the visitor form for you and send these documents above to the building management for approval before you arrive! *Swimming pool is accessible by walk-in only with proper swimming attire *Guests are not allowed to use the gym facilities at the moment *Eating and drinking not allowed in the lobby *Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit. Should traces of smoking be detected upon return of the unit, an rm300.00 charge would be imposed upon the guest. *Durians are prohibited in our apartment/unit *Please throw your rubbish in the refuse room provided inside of utility room otherwise there will be a fine by the management of this building of rm200 *Our units are all using water tank heating system, please on the water heater and wait for about 10mins before bath. *Only light cooking allowed in our apartments *Feel free to contact us if there are any issues during your stay, we will attend to you as soon as we can.
