The room has a single bed, a single sofabed, desk, woodburning stove, shared bathroom and downstairs washroom. It's a five minute walk from the university, sea, parks, cafes, shops and walking distance from city centre and close to Mumbles. It's a quiet, spotlessly clean, friendly place with access to a well equipped kitchen, garden and dining room. Free parking outside the house . There is a cat who lives here. His name is Billy. The house is not suitable for infants, children or smokers The space The place is quiet, friendly, close to beach, parks, shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, bike paths etc. Blue flag beaches are accessible by car, bike or public transport. Guest access code for the front door key is in a key safe and the code is available after booking please leave key in safe after you have let yourself in. Kitchen, dining room, bathroom, downstairs washroom and garden are shared with guests. During your stay I'm happy to either socialise or leave you in complete peace- it's your call. Please feel free to use the kitchen to make drinks or prepare a meal. There's only room for one person at a time in the galley kitchen so it's one in and one out to maintain social distancing.
