In the heart of the old town of Nice, close to the beaches, bars, restaurants and other activities, stay in this 3-room apartment in the heart of our beautiful city! Other things to note Please respect the cleanliness of the space and make sure nothing is damaged. Please remove your shoes whenever possible. Please respect the neighborhood, especially by making no noise after 10pm in the apartment or common areas. Please do not leave dirty dishes when leaving and empty the refrigerator. Remember to turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving. When possible, please also remove the linens and towels and put them together. Late check-ins between 8pm and 10pm are possible but an extra €25 and between 10pm and 11:30pm an extra €40 will be given to the person hosting you. After 11:30 p.m., a surcharge of €50 will be given to the person who welcomes you. There is no elevator, the apartment is on the 5th and top floor of a typical building in old Nice with many stairs.
