Relax with the whole family at this cozy sunset view cottage, enjoy a relaxing fire in our outdoor fireplace after a day at the beach. Explore the shoreline just a minute from your door. Tourist attractions like Magic Mountain, Champlain Mall, farmers markets, Parlee Beach and Pays de la Saguoine are all within 30-35 minutes away. Buy local seafood and bring it back for a cook out or dine at many fantastic restaurants just 10-15 minutes away. We’re confident you’ll enjoy your stay. The space The cottage is 600 sq feet, 2 bedroom, kitchen dinning open concept, living room can provide extra sleeping quarters if needed. Guest access We have a right of way to the beach, we can park 2 cars in our driveway. We have a convenient store, 2 minutes drive away. 5 minutes drive from public unsupervised beach Other things to note The bathroom is equipped with a composting toilet which entails that no chemicals is to be used in cleaning it, we have a special cleaner for it. We also try to limit the paper into the unit, if possible we dispose paper in the trash can. Thanks for understanding.
