Cute and quaint guesthouse located in the heart of the pier/village area of St.Simons restored to its vintage heritage. New A/C and a 65” smart TV. It has a private driveway but you won't need the car - this cottage has such an incredible location you'll be walking everywhere with ease! Our little beach cottage is completely enclosed with a privacy fence for your pet to run free. It also features a porch for outside dining with a grill and an outdoor shower. The space This little house is FULL of character including our famous crooked door and heart pine floors and paneling. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and even room for guest with a twin pullout sofa. After a day at the beach there is an awesome outdoor hot/cold surfboard shower right off the side porch. Guest access The guests will have full access of the house, and will have their own private parking spot in the gravel drive that leads to the house. There is a tall privacy fence separating the cottage from the front main house with a private porch, patio and green space to enjoy. Other things to note We offer our home as pet friendly. To be sure there is no misunderstanding, you must get management approval before bringing your pet. A nonrefundable pet fee will apply depending on the number of pets and size. 1 pet is $150 and 2 pets is $250. We do not allow more than 2 pets in this small space. Do not bring your pet without prior approval. We ask that you be respectful when getting permission to bring your pet. Please pick up after them, please do not bring them if they are not house-trained. Do not let them on the furniture or beds out of consideration of other guests. PLEASE NOTE: There is a privacy fence surrounding the entire property.
