Our home is completely remodeled with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a half bathroom downstairs. The space Included is Free Parking, WIFI, AC, Smart TV, closets in each room, Pool Floats, Hammock for relaxing, and much more! We provide delicious coffee to start up your day and enjoy with the family! Our neighborhood is safe, friendly, and walkable. Our property is in a calm and beautiful neighborhood in West Kendall. 20 minutes from all the main malls like Dadeland Mall & Dolphin Mall. Our two-story home has a gorgeous pool which we provide safety gates for, required for children 6 years old or younger. We also have a patio with a teak dining table, an outdoor sofa area to relax on, and an awning to keep the area cool in the Miami heat. In addition, we have pool lounge chairs to get your tan on! We also provide a Barbecue so you can have a nice grilled meal whenever you would like, just please be sure to clean the grill railing after, so as to not contribute to the depreciation of the life of the BBQ. Nearby are walking paths that spread around the Hammocks area commonly referred to as the Hammocks Lake Trails with beautiful scenic lake views. There is a Pet Fee including for ESA. Please provide papers for service animals. Must be flea free. Host has the right to charge additional fees if property is infested during or after the guest stays. Kindly disclose if you have a pet during booking. Cleaning fee is separate from pet fee. *Early Morning check in may or may not be available. Additional fees apply. No audible “outside noise” for example—obnoxiously loud screaming kids, nor ridiculously loud conversations, or loud music around the pool area. *If you have kids, I expect you to look after your kids especially around the pool area. The sliding doors lead directly to the pool so be on guard AT ALL TIMES ESPECIALLY IF THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO SWIM. PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN UNDER 6 YEARS OLD. *I do my best to provide a clean space for you. I expect you to please leave the place clean as well. We are not responsible for providing washcloths, paper towels or cooking basics (salt, pepper, oil). However, some may be available at the property if clean and in good condition. We do not provide paper/plastic plates or cups, etc in order to reduce waste. We do not provide the gas tank to the BBQ, however, some may be available from prior guests. Please be sure to CLEAN the grill railing immediately after each use. Not doing this will lead to the corrosion of the grill. Pool fence available on site for safety with children under 6 years of age. Please note that all essentials including toilet paper, soap, etc are included upon arrival, however guests are expected to purchase their own after exhausting what has been provided. POOL CLEANER is scheduled to go every Wednesday, usually in the morning. He will go in through the side gate. No one needs to be present.
