One bedroom and living area has laminate flooring. One bedroom has tile floor. The bathroom has granite flooring & a comfy shower . For your convenience, there is a courtesy EV charger available. A reservation in advance required. WiFi. Work from home ready. The house has AC, heating. Instant coffee, Mocha Cappucino, teas & Keurig provided for you. There is also a hot & cold water dispenser. IT HAS BEEN MY POLICY THAT THE HOUSE IS WELL SANITIZED AFTER EACH GUEST MOVES OUT!! Guests have access to the house through the side gate. There are shared parking on the circular driveway & curb. Construction or heavy trucks must park on curb. If possible, I’ll try to be present at your arrival to welcome you, show you the house and specifics, discuss amenities (internet, TV, remote, and answer your questions ...etc.,etc.). I’ll be available by phone or text when needed. This guest house is located in the high-end country in the city area of Simi Valley. It is conveniently located to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, walking trails. It is less than 2 miles from our famous Reagan Library, and some wedding venues. Easy access to freeway, Thousand Oaks, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Malibu, Hollywood...etc, etc. Many people enjoy walking the neighborhood when they don’t have time to go to the walking trails. If you don’t have your own transportation, Uber, Lyft, Taxi, and public transportation are available or you can walk to the stores...some of my guests did when they have leisure time.
