Double room in Bow

A double room less than 5-8 minutes walk from the Bow Road Underground station and Bow Church DLR for easy access to central London, Bank and Tower Gateway as well as Canary Wharf and Stratford The space The room is a spacious double room furnished with a double bed, desk, sofa and storage. The room is one of 5 bedrooms within a Victorian house with double glazed with gas central heating. The apartment is on Fairfield Road and boasts excellent transport links and is ideally located for trips into the City of London and Canary Wharf, Mile End, Victoria Park as well as Stratford. Wifi, bedding and towels are included. There is more than one room available in the same property, please enquire if there is no availability on the calendar. Guest access Guest are given keys to freely access the property. You will also have access to shared facilities - bathroom & kitchen. The kitchen includes a gas hob, fan assisted oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. There is also shared bathroom with WC and over bath shower. Other things to note This is a private room and there are other sharers in the household. Communal areas can get messy and there is potential for noise from the road and train which isn't very loud and you will get use to as background noise. Guests are expected to respect other sharers in the household and be mindful about cleanliness and noise. Guests must respect the reservation agreement. This includes but is not limited to: check-in and checkout times, number of guests, permissibility of pets or smoking and house rules agreed upon at the time of booking. Check-in time is between 3PM and 10PM. Check-in outside these hours is not possible. It is important that you are contactable and communicate with us if you are delayed to avoid late check-in fee. A late check-in fee of £30.00 applies if guests are more than 30 minutes later than expected and there is no communication; or if check-in needs to be re-arranged . If check-in falls outside our normal check-in hours then the booking may be cancelled. Guests are expected to check-out by 11AM Late checkout fee of £15.00 per hour applies if guests have not checked out by 11AM or without prior authorisation.
