Nice and independent apartment in the Sierra de Madrid. 2 bedrooms, living room/kitchen and bathroom. Work desk and excellent Wi-Fi connection. Small outside table for breakfast. Highchair for the little ones. Stroll through the Sierra del Guadarrama on foot or by bike: we lend them to you! 25 minutes from Madrid! Ideal We are 5 minutes walk from Renfe or the bus stop. Frequency to Madrid every 15 minutes. The space The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with an integrated kitchen, a small garden table at the entrance and four bicycles at your disposal (two adult bicycles and two children's bicycles). The main room has a double bed (135cmx190cm) and independent ventilation through an interior window. The second bedroom has a trundle bed (90cmx190cm) from which a second bed can be pulled out and placed in the living room. You will find quilts for all beds. In the living room you have a two-seater sofa (it is not a sofa bed), two independent armchairs, a small dining table and a desk with an office chair in case you have to work with your computer. Internet by Wi-Fi works really fine. The kitchen is integrated into the living room. You will find everything you need: ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge with freezer, coffee and tea making facilities. There are enough plates, glasses and cutlery for four people and pots and pans to cook. The bathroom is small but has everything you need: shower, sink and toilet. You will find bath gel, shampoo for normal hair, hand soap, hair dryer and towels. On the landing of the entrance you have a small garden table with two chairs, in case you feel like sitting down for a while to get some air :-) And, of course, if you have any special needs, please write to us.
