We are located near L3Harris, TAMU Commerce, with convenient access to plenty of restaurants, outdoor activities, parks, trails, museums, and shopping. Come see our Tiny House, relax and make yourself at home! The space Wildflower Retreat Luxury RV is set in a beautiful intimate country setting with few neighbors. Cows may wander outside the perimeters of your dreamie space to say hello. : ) Quiet country life just 5 minutes from IH-30, and 15 minutes from L3-Harris, Hunt County Regional Medical Center, and Texas A&M Commerce University TAMUC. Wildflower is located near the end of a winding country lane, so there is very little traffic. If you are looking for a peaceful weekend out or a relaxing work place this is just for you. If you are looking for a romantic honeymoon location, you have found it! Wildflower retreat greets you with a custom Texas wildflowers mural painted by professional artists Libby and Sam England. It's a truly one of a kind newly renovated RV featuring extensive custom woodwork, by a professional remodeler, throughout the interior and exterior. Most of the original RV cabinetry has been removed, giving you an open, spacious and luminous place to rest and relax. Real solid oak wood flooring. It's a very romantic intimate getaway for couples. Sunsets and sunrises are both in full view. The small original RV toilet has been replaced with a comfortable, full size conventional toilet. Buttery soft sheets on a queen size bed with a high-quality mattress assures you a good night's sleep. Central air conditioning and heat makes for an always comfortable environment. The meadow view is second to none in east Texas, and also features a beautiful private lake in the background. Wildflower has an excellent free Wi-Fi connection and features smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. There are USB charging outlets in the living room and the bedroom. You'll even find granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. Fine art from local artisans is beautifully displayed throughout. A custom-built workstation is perfectly set up working away from the home or office. You'll find no interruptions here. The old, hard to light, gas RV oven and cooktop have been replaced with an efficient electric hot plate and large toaster oven. We have added a drip coffee maker, water kettle, and a charcoal grill. No more "RV tiny showers" here, as the old water heater has been replaced by a conventional 40-gallon household heater for comfortable warm showering. Wildflower uses a central air conditioner for cooling, and we have recently added a window unit to the bedroom in order to create a more comfortable environment for sleeping. A washer and dryer onsite provide even more convenience. A fully covered front porch with patio table and rocking chairs lets evenings or mornings be enjoyable year-round. There's a BBQ grill with Mesquite wood on hand for cooking that perfect steak. Come relax in the country for work or for play. Guest access Guests will be able to meander around the wildflower field outside of the rv space where often cows are peacefully grazing about. There is also a beautiful pond nearby with many native birds that visit seasonallly. : ) Other things to note Wildflower Retreat provides fresh linens, fresh towels, an iron, fans, exercise equipment, basic office supplies, basic shower supplies, toilet paper, games, basic kitchen equipment, spices, snacks, coffee and supplies (and half and half), some drinks, fresh filtered water and cookout supplies.
