La Parada Andalucía is a unique, rustic and old space to spend one to two nights in the middle of San Juan, Puerto Rico. 10 minutes from the airport and areas of interest, the apartment has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, with its living room, dining room and kitchen area with everything you need for your stay. It has a parking space inside the Complex. The price is affordable for everyone, and it accommodates up to six people. Ideal for recharging those batteries to continue the trip. The space This apartment is on the third floor of a well-known condominium in the metropolitan area. If you are looking for a quiet place, where you can accommodate several people and accessible to all the places you are interested in, this is the apartment for you. Guest access The apartment has a living room, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms and a bathroom. All connected by a hallway. Accessible to children, adults, pets, and people using a wheelchair. There are no stairs in the apartment and there are two elevators to go up to the floor where it is located. Other things to note We remind our guests that the kitchen has dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, and cooking utensils. Likewise it has a coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave oven, in addition to the refrigerator and stove. The apartment has a TV. In the corresponding rooms, there will be the appropriate bedding with pillows and a pedestal fan. Towels will be provided for guests. All closets are available for guest use. On top of the dining table, you will find the parking entrance and exit beeper. Remember to leave it on the table itself at the end of the stay, subject to the corresponding charges. Also remember to take care of all the apartment's furnishings and utensils, subject to the corresponding charge for breaking or stealing them. Similarly, if there is a breach of the Check In or Check Out rules that will be notified with the reservation, a charge of $50.00 will be applied. If the breach has to do with a deep cleaning, a charge of $50.00 or more will apply, depending on the cost, time and depth of the cleaning Thanks very much for your visit!
