Connected In-Law Apartment Downstairs: 1 queen bedroom; 1 pull-out couch; 1 full en suite bathroom Directly behind the property is Memorial Park, with your own private entrance to hiking trails, a playground, soccer fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, a skate park, a baseball diamond, and the "Log Cabin Dugout" dive bar. Within a 5-minute walk is The Redhill Shopping Center with restaurants, coffee shops and boutique stores, and grocery store. *There is a possible add-on one-bedroom cottage in the backyard, open occasionally based on availability. Please inquire if interested in reserving this space as well, otherwise, it may be rented separately to another tenant. Guest access All spaces are for guests only. There will be one small section of the home that will be locked off to guests where the owners keep their bikes and personal belongings. Closets and drawers will be accessible and cleared for guest use. Other things to note This is a great retreat for multi-family trips or multi-generational vacations. We are flexible and are happy to help you gather any needs for your particular family's plan. We prefer to rent for a week or longer, especially in the summer.
