The space This cozy, comfortable, open floor plan 'craftsman' type home is well appointed for your visit. All the comforts of home are available for your stay. This is a dog-friendly home, so do expect a little dog fur. The home is 3 bedrooms, with one bedroom converted to provide separate dining experience. There is an island with bar stools in an open kitchen. Front and backyard outdoor spaces available for you to use. There is a two-car driveway, plus access to parking on the street... no odd parking rules or surprises. The home is well-maintained. Guest access You may use the entire home, front and backyard spaces; however garage access only upon agreement. Other things to note This is a dog-friendly space; however, please be sure your furry friend is of the 'well-behaved' variety. The backyard is fenced... no grass. The home is located near a railway; however the noise from same surprisingly quiet. There is a charge for your dog. Please Do not leave your doggy unattended, at home. No cats are allowed as we are allergic. Dog beds are available, so please keep doggy off the furniture. The home is very close to rivers, lakes, hiking trails, etc., so bikes and a kayak may be arranged, if desired. This is a neighborhood with kiddos and activity.
