The Red Barn House, located 300 feet from the main house, is separated by trees and greenery to ensure a tranquil experience. Guests can enjoy private use of the hot tub and patio, with a wooden privacy screen for added comfort. Accommodations & Amenities • The Red Barn House is pet and smoke-free, ensuring a clean and allergen-free environment. • The house sleeps up to 4 guests with two bedrooms, a king room (with TV) and a queen room, both with wall heaters. • Upstairs features an open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining area with stunning views. • Guests have access to a private hot tub, fire pit, and propane BBQ on the covered patio with views of Mt. Rainier and the Cascade Mountains. Important Notes • No pets allowed due to allergies. Cleaning products with natural essential oils are used, which are toxic to pets. • The property is not fenced, so guests should be mindful of the bluff. • Power outages may occasionally occur in the cooler months; a generator will be provided. • Laundry facilities are available in the unfinished garage, accessible from the Red Barn House. • Guests do not have access to the main Mountain View House, and the main house’s gardens, patio, or hot tub are off-limits unless specifically associated with the booking. Property & Security • The driveway and private road are shared with Mountain View House guests and homeowners. • Cameras are installed for safety, recording audio and video on 24/7 at all entrances and sides of the Red Barn House. • Strict guidelines: No extra visitors, no parties or events allowed, no smoking, or pets allowed. Unauthorised actions will result in an immediate cancellation with no refund. Location • Conveniently located near malls, restaurants, and local attractions. • 15 minutes to major stores like Costco, Walmart, and Fred Meyer. • Ideal for outdoor activities: kayaking, hiking, fishing, and more. • Remote work: High-speed internet (100mb/s) available. • Privacy: The property is surrounded by nature and you may encounter local wildlife. You may encounter other short term rental guests or homeowners on driveway and out in the farm field. $250 fine and immediate cancellation of stay if cameras are tampered with or covered. • Respectful behavior: Quiet hours are enforced, and no outdoor music after 10 pm or before 9 am.
