Dog friendly stable conversion with wood burner

The Cottage offers high quality accommodation & is set within a small holding surrounded by fields. It has cosy underfloor heating, a large shower with fluffy towels & a King-size bed fitted with luxurious bed linen for a restful nights sleep. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need including a breakfast bar. The wood burner adds atmosphere and warmth. Extra space with seating is on the patio. Dogs are most welcome. There's a comfortable bed, water bowl and towels for them... The space Accessed via steps up to an elevated patio with double doors into an open plan sitting room and kitchen; storage cupboard for cleaning materials and ironing board & coat storage; spacious shower room. Up three steps to the bedroom. There is side access with a slope should the steps prove too much. Guest access All Other things to note We do have two dogs, Border collie Tilly and rescue dog Romeo plus one cat, Bebe, two geese (Parker and Lady P), several chickens and numerous sheep. Tilly can be quite vocal in the morning as can the geese as they wait to be let out of their house for their breakfasts. The noise doesn’t last long but it can be a wake up call to the light sleeper. The sheep especially Yoda, our “pet” 8 year old “lamb”, do like to call out when it’s food time. If you come to stay during April and May, you might be lucky enough to see some newborn lambs.. Being dog friendly, we provide a comfy dog bed and water bowl. There is a hose adjacent to the patio gate so you can wash mud off your dog before entering The Cottage and we provide towels for drying off your dog as well as additional covers for the rug or dog bed. Dirty covers and towels can be put in the “dustbin” on the patio so we can easily take them away for cleaning. We respectfully ask that dogs are kept off the sofa and bed out of consideration for other guests and to help us keep the property nice. Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in The Cottage at any time (we can recommend dog sitters if you need them).
