Wine fridge, brand new appliances, dishwasher. Stairs off kitchen go to basement, left is unfinished with 2 sets of washer/dryers, right is additional living space or 4th bedroom (no closet though). Has egress for code/safety. Guest access Mix of students, families and UK employees. Safe for walking. Other things to note There is a sidewalk that runs next to driveway - along border of the lot- which acts as a cut through for neighbors to walk to grocery store. Please don’t park on sidewalk, stay on driveway.
